Outdoor Research Alpine XT Bivy Pewter

We trust the Outdoor Research Alpine XT Bivy to be our go-to shelter on solo alpine pushes and lightweight mountain missions.

This updated design expands headspace and improves ventilation without adding bulk, giving us room to sleep comfortably and stash essential gear inside.

The large mesh screen and high-volume toe box improve livability, while a passive vent flap enhances airflow when weather turns wet.

With its side-entry design, fly fastener for stargazing, and small packed size, the Alpine XT Bivy keeps us moving light and sleeping dry from ridgeline to treeline.

What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"This bivy is a game-changer for fast-and-light alpine trips.

The Pertex Shield Air fabric actually breathes, so I don't wake up in a sauna, and the extra headspace makes it way more livable than most bivies I've used.".
